At Nudo Haus, we prepare every workshop individually by ordering and preparing materials, setting up each tufting frame, and reserving a limited number of places. For this reason, the following booking terms apply to all workshop reservations.
Your booking is confirmed once full payment has been successfully received. You will receive a confirmation email with all relevant workshop information.
All workshop bookings are non-refundable.
Under Section 312g (2) No. 9 of the German Civil Code (BGB), the statutory right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for leisure activities that are provided on a specific date or within a specific period. This includes our scheduled tufting workshops.
For this reason, cancellations are not eligible for a refund.
We understand that plans can change.
If you are unable to attend your booked workshop, you may request one complimentary rescheduling provided that:
you contact us at least 48 hours before your scheduled workshop;
there are available places in another workshop;
the new date is within 6 months of your original booking.
Rescheduling requests made less than 48 hours before the workshop cannot be accepted.
A booking may only be rescheduled once.
If you do not attend your workshop without prior notice, or if you arrive too late to participate safely, your booking will be considered used and cannot be refunded or rescheduled.
Please arrive approximately 10–15 minutes before the workshop starts.
Please arrive on time, as all workshops follow a fixed schedule and end at the advertised finishing time.
If you arrive late, we cannot guarantee that you will have enough time to complete your piece during the workshop. As our sessions finish at a fixed time, we are unable to extend the workshop or stay beyond the scheduled end time.
If your project is not finished due to a late arrival, you will take your piece home in its current state.
Unfortunately, if you arrive more than 60 minutes after the workshop has started, or do not attend your booking, it will be treated as a no-show. As the workshop space and materials have already been prepared for you, the booking cannot be rescheduled or refunded.
In the unlikely event that Nudo Haus must cancel or postpone a workshop due to illness, technical issues, insufficient participants, force majeure, or other unforeseen circumstances, you may choose between:
a free transfer to another available workshop; or
a full refund of the amount paid.
Nudo Haus is not responsible for additional expenses such as travel, accommodation or other personal costs.
Gift vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
Workshop bookings made using a gift voucher are subject to the same cancellation and rescheduling policy described above.
Some workshops require participants to submit their design before the event.
The submission deadline is indicated during the booking process and in your confirmation email. If no design is received before the deadline, we cannot guarantee that your preferred design can be prepared for your workshop.
Participants are responsible for following all safety instructions provided during the workshop.
Nudo Haus reserves the right to refuse participation or remove anyone whose behaviour seriously disrupts the workshop or creates a safety risk. In such cases, no refund will be issued.
Nudo Haus is liable only for damages caused intentionally or through gross negligence, except where mandatory statutory provisions provide otherwise.
Participants are responsible for their personal belongings throughout the workshop.
A safety briefing is provided at the beginning of every workshop. Participants are responsible for using all tools, materials and equipment safely and in accordance with the instructions given by the instructor.
By participating in the workshop, participants acknowledge that they have received these instructions and agree to follow them. Nudo Haus accepts no liability for injuries, damage or loss resulting from the misuse of tools or equipment, failure to follow safety instructions, or careless behaviour.
